Number of Google acquisitions

Wikipedia has a handy list of acquisitions by Google. The link on the "Read More" button contains a hosted dataset of Google's acquisitions from 2004 to 2018.

Personally I think the web would be better and society would be more equitable if the government blocked these acquisitions. Instead finance, power and the internet centralized into a mega corporation renamed Alphabet. But with a slogan "Don't be evil" what's not to love
